Il Molino di Depergola is an Italian kitchen at Solhøy in Son, created by an Italian chef who made Norway home.

What began with handmade fresh pasta has grown into something broader: a place where people can sit down and eat, pick up dinner to enjoy at home, order delivery, or bring Italian food to a private event or company gathering.

Fresh pasta remains at the heart of what we do. We make it in small batches using carefully selected semolina, eggs and yolks. But our kitchen does not stop there. We cook the dishes we know, follow the seasons and let good ingredients speak for themselves.

Our approach is simple: respect the tradition, understand the technique and avoid unnecessary complications.

Italian by origin. Made in Norway. Served in Son.
